Heart Sweden is a Christian-based aid organization dedicated to addressing the great need we see in Sweden.
We recognize that government agencies are doing their best, but Sweden needs us—civil society—to collectively take responsibility and work to prevent gang crime, drug abuse, mental health issues, and social exclusion.

We believe that compassion and love speak a language that transforms lives. Help us help others. Together, we can make a difference!
