When you make a donation, start a fundraiser or contact us by phone or email, we will record your personal data in our database. We use the personal data you provide to administer requests and to keep our own statistics. The data may also be used for information and marketing purposes, follow-up and development of Heart of Evangelism activities.
Who we share your data with
Heart of Evangelism will not sell, rent or lease the personal data collected. Personal data may be disclosed if it is necessary to 1) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process or law enforcement requests; 2) protect legal interests; or 3) detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
How long we keep YOUR data
If you write a comment, the comment and its metadata will be stored indefinitely. The reason for this is that we need to be able to find and approve follow-up comments automatically and not queue them for review.
For users who register on your website (if any), we also store the personal data they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal data at any time (with the exception that they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
